traceToDebugger   _In_Type: bool If
true, sends trace output to the debugger. If false, stops sending it.
Return value
Type: voidRemarks
Trace output isn’t sent to the debugger by default. Call this function withtrue to see libHttpClient traces in the debugger output. To set the trace level, call HCSettingsSetTraceLevel.
