The first enable call registers the libHttpClient TraceLogging providerlibHttpClient (GUID {2B6274B2-159F-4E6F-B800-0D17009E147A}); subsequent enable calls reuse the registration. libHttpClient writes each trace message as a libHttpClient_TraceMessage event with a Message field. Messages are written only while tracing is initialized and ETW output is enabled, and only when the message level is at or below the trace area verbosity.
