XUserSignOutResult

Retrieves the result of a call to XUserSignOutAsync.

Syntax

HRESULT XUserSignOutResult(
         XAsyncBlock* async
) noexcept

Parameters

async _Inout_
Type: XAsyncBlock* The XAsyncBlock that you passed to XUserSignOutAsync.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

Return code	Description
S_OK	The sign-out operation succeeded.
E_PENDING	The operation hasn’t finished.
E_ABORT	The operation was canceled.

Otherwise, returns the operation’s completion HRESULT or an error from asynchronous result retrieval. For a list of error codes, see Error codes.

Remarks

Call XUserSignOutResult from the completion callback of the XAsyncBlock that you passed to XUserSignOutAsync. The operation doesn’t return any data other than its result code. For an example, see XUserSignOutAsync.

Requirements

Header: XUser.h Library: xgameruntime.lib Supported platforms: Windows, Steam Deck, XBOX One family consoles and XBOX Series consoles. To check whether sign-out is available at run time, call XUserIsSignOutPresent.
