# 補充資訊

在 XBOX 認證程序中，我們的認證小組可能會要求提供有關您遊戲的額外背景資訊：以便設定測試環境，並以確保絕佳遊戲體驗的方式測試所有功能。如果適用於您的產品，我們會要求您在 **Supplemental info** 區段中提供額外的背景資訊。如果您未提供，您的提交可能會無法通過認證或遭到延遲。

**Supplemental info** 不屬於提交的一部分；您可以隨時輸入這些資訊，而且這些資訊會沿用至後續的提交。此外，您提供的資訊將代表您的整個產品，而不是任何個別提交。

Supplemental info 中有兩個頁面：Certification 和 Files。

## Certification

Certification 頁面會針對您的產品提出一系列問題。為了協助我們了解您的產品並更有效率地進行測試，請回答每個問題。根據您的答案，我們可能會提出後續問題，並要求您提供更多詳細資料，以及在 **Files** 頁面上傳佐證資訊。

您在 Certification 頁面上提供的資訊將提供給我們的認證小組，但不會向客戶顯示。

## Files

Files 頁面可讓您上傳任何檔案，用以佐證您在 **Certification** 區段中的答案，或是我們正確了解及測試您的產品所需的其他檔案。這些檔案將提供給我們的認證小組，但不會提供給客戶。

若要新增檔案，請將檔案拖曳到方塊中，或選取「瀏覽」。您上傳的檔案必須是支援的格式：.txt、.csv、.xml、.xls、.xlsx、.doc、.docx、.pdf、.zip、.ppt 或 .pptx。針對您提供的每個檔案，請使用下拉式方塊選取表示檔案類型的類別：

* 成就指南
* 例外狀況理由
* 已知問題清單
* 功能表地圖
* 逐步解說
* 使用者手冊
* 社群媒體帳戶清單
* 發行者託管服務帳戶清單
* 測試帳戶清單
* 其他

如果您犯了任何錯誤，或需要更新已提供的檔案，請選取 **Delete**，然後上傳新版本。
