（可选）与请求关联的可选自定义标记（例如构建版本号、外部跟踪标识符等）。

**`customTagsCount`**   uint32\_t

customTags 的计数

**`forceLink`**   bool const\*\
*may be nullptr*

（可选）如果另一个用户已链接到该自定义 ID，则取消该用户的链接并重新链接。
