统计信息更改通知的事件处理程序。

## 语法

### 参数

*statisticChangeEventArgs*   \_In\_\

包含有关订阅统计信息更改的信息。

*context*   \_In\_\
类型：void\*

将传回处理程序的调用方上下文。
