# PFPlayerDataManagementClientGetPlayerCustomPropertyAsync

> Client API that asynchronously retrieves a single title-specific custom property value for a player, authenticated with a PFEntityHandle. All platforms.

Retrieves a title-specific custom property value for a player.

## Syntax

HRESULT PFPlayerDataManagementClientGetPlayerCustomPropertyAsync(  
    PFEntityHandle entityHandle,  
    const PFPlayerDataManagementClientGetPlayerCustomPropertyRequest* request,  
    XAsyncBlock* async  
)  
```

### Parameters

**`entityHandle`**   PFEntityHandle

PFEntityHandle to use for authentication.

**`request`**   [PFPlayerDataManagementClientGetPlayerCustomPropertyRequest\*](https://docs.xbox.com/services/playfab/api-references/c/pfplayerdatamanagementtypes/structs/pfplayerdatamanagementclientgetplayercustompropertyrequest.md)

Populated request object.
