# MicrosoftGame.config Element - ManifestUrl

> MicrosoftGame.config Element - ManifestUrl

Specifies the URL of the JSON manifest that identifies the current publisher-hosted content package for this base game.

## Parent

This element's parent is the [PublisherContent](https://docs.xbox.com/reference/system/microsoftgameconfig/elements/microsoftgameconfig-element-publishercontent.md) element.

## Requirement

This element is required whenever a [PublisherContent](https://docs.xbox.com/reference/system/microsoftgameconfig/elements/microsoftgameconfig-element-publishercontent.md) element is declared.

## Platform

This element pertains to PC and Console.

## Behavior

* No attributes.
* No default value.
* Allowed value is a HTTPS URL that returns a JSON document which contains a `url` field pointing to the Publisher Content package on your CDN.
