# Game Element (MicrosoftGame.config)

> MicrosoftGame.config Element - Game

Singular Parent Node that contains all other content.

## Parent

This element is the root node of the MicrosoftGame.config file.

## Requirement

This element is required to be set.

## Platform

This element pertains to PC and Console.

## Behavior

* Attribute is configVersion.
* Allowed values for configVersion is 0.
* Allowed values are all other root level elements within the MicrosoftGame.config.

## Remarks

configVersion attribute is reserved for if the GameConfigSchema.xsd is updated to a newer schema version.
