# GameInputControllerButtonInfo (Deprecated)

> GameInputControllerButtonInfo

Describes an individual button on a generic controller device.

## Syntax

```cpp theme={null}
typedef struct GameInputControllerButtonInfo {
    GameInputLabel label;
    GameInputLocation location;
    uint32_t locationId;
} GameInputControllerButtonInfo;
```

## Members

**label**\
Type: [GameInputLabel](https://docs.xbox.com/reference/input/gameinput/enums/gameinputlabel.md)

A label identifying the button's function.

**location**\
Type: [GameInputLocation](https://docs.xbox.com/reference/input/gameinput/deprecated/enums/gameinputlocation.md)

The physical location of the button on the device.

**locationId**\
Type: uint32\_t

An identifier distinguishing buttons at the same location.
