(省略可) 別のユーザーが既にそのアカウントにリンクされている場合、他のユーザーのリンクを解除して再リンクします。

**`issuerId`**   int32\_t const\*\
*may be nullptr*

(省略可) PlayStation :tm: Network の発行者環境の ID。null の場合、既定で運用環境になります。

**`redirectUri`**   const char\*\
*is null-terminated*

認証コードを要求する際に PlayStation :tm: Network に指定するリダイレクト URI。
